Zyra is a new period care brand from Pakistan. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect when you visit this website or join our list, who helps us handle it, and how you can ask us to remove it. If anything here is unclear, write to us at info@zyracare.co.

What we collect when you join the list

Required: your name, your email address and your consent to hear from us.

Optional: your WhatsApp number, your city and the kind of flow you usually have (light, regular, heavy, or "it changes"). You can leave these blank.

We ask for these so we can tell you when Zyra is ready and understand who we are making it for. The consent box is how you tell us it is fine to send you launch updates by email or WhatsApp. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them.

Who processes your submission

The form is run by Formspree, a form service. When you press "Join the list", your answers travel to Formspree, which stores them and passes them on to us by email. Formspree handles them under its own privacy policy. Your details do not sit on our own server.

Analytics and ad measurement

On the live site we use two tools to understand how people find and use Zyra:

  • Google Analytics 4 counts visits and page views, and records when someone joins the list. It helps us see which articles and pages are useful.
  • The Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API let us measure whether our Instagram and Facebook activity leads people to join. When you join the list, we tell Meta that a sign-up happened. Our server sends Meta your email address and phone number (if you gave one) in hashed form: hashing scrambles them in one direction, so Meta receives a code rather than the plain details. It also sends your IP address and browser user agent (the browser and device details your browser shares with every website), which are not hashed, and the values of the _fbp and _fbc cookies described below. Meta uses these to match the sign-up to its own records.

These tools run only on the live website, never while we are building or testing it.

Cookies

These tools may set the following cookies in your browser:

  • _ga and _ga_* are set by Google Analytics. They tell visits apart so counts are not repeated. They can last up to two years.
  • _fbp is set by the Meta Pixel. It identifies your browser for measurement. It usually lasts around three months.
  • _fbc is set when you arrive from a Meta ad or link. It records which click brought you here. It usually lasts around three months.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working, though we will see less about how it is used.

How long we keep your details

We keep your details for as long as you want to hear from us, or until you ask us to delete them.

Deleting your details or changing your mind

Email info@zyracare.co and tell us what you would like. We can delete your details, correct them, or stop sending you updates. Please write from the email address you used to join, so we know it is really you.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
